My Daily Affirmations & Goals

Current State:
233 lbs
Size 20
Body fat% 37.2
Waist measurement 42”

Ultimate goals:
lose 58 lbs in 12 mos
Be a size 6 by New Years Eve 2008
I want to go from 37% fat down to 16%
I want to weigh 175 lbs
I would like a 26” waist measurement again

Three month goals:
Lose 15 lbs
Be a size 18
I want to be 29% body fat
I want to weigh 218
I would like a 40” waist

Weekly goals
Lose 1.25 lb of fat
Keep my lean muscle mass

Daily goals
Eat three meals with 3 snacks per day
Drink half my weight in ounces of water
Move everyday

Reasons
I want to be a healthy weight so I can keep up with my kids and be a better example of health for them.
I want to get rid of diabetes.
I want to prove to myself that I can take it off and keep it off.
I want to slip on a pair of size 6 jeans and have them fit perfectly.
I want to shop at the normal sized people racks.

Affirmations
I am so happy that I am 16% body fat!
I am losing body fat and reaching my goal of 175 lbs and 16% body fat by December 31, 2008.
I am fitting into those size 6 jeans by early December 2008 and looking really good in them.
I can walk into any store and wear anything and look amazing in all of it!
I will celebrate New Years 2009 with visible abs!
I deserve to be super fit and healthy.
I am grateful and proud of how I look today.

Daily Affirmations
I do 30+ minutes of cardio everyday: walking, high-intensity treadmill or cardio kickbox.
I drink half my weight in ounces of water everyday.
I avoid refined sugar and saturated/trans fats.
I eat fewer calories than I burn everyday.
I eat 50% of my calories from carbohydrates, 30% from protein and 20% from fat every day.
I eat six balanced meals everyday.
I eat natural foods.
I eat Omega 3 and Omega 6 fats.
I eat foods that send me forward.
