Yesterday was cardio & strength. Got to do strength in the afternoon during Tuck's nap. Cardio was after everyone was in bed. It was BOV4.
Today was cardio only and I did R25. Kicked my own butt and burned about 600 cals. Very cool. Was not able to meet with my trainer this weekend. We were scheduled for yesterday, but I never heard from him to set up a time. Guess he was busy this weekend or couldn't make it out here on a weekend.
I am tired. Will be going to bed as soon as the laundry is complete.
