I did my strength training early in the afternoon, about 1:30ish and my TK R25 @ 9 after I put the kiddos to bed. Another great burn day. As of 10:30, I am at 2770.
Oddly enough, I seem to be burning less calories by about 300 cals a day, no matter what. Is my body getting used to my workouts? Is something wrong with my bugg? You'd think the extra muscle would help me burn MORE cals. I did notice that my milk supply is down after multiple days of pumping over the weekends, perhaps that is the reason for the less burn. Not sure.
Doing okay with eating. Not logging though. I am eating 5 smaller meals, most are 400 cals, although sometimes only 250.
