It was a no-exercise day yesterday, except a little walking. Burned about 2550 cals according to my bugg. It's been tough keeping to not eating all the crap that comes through the office. I attempt the moderation theory: if I give in just a little, I won't binge and have a ton. There's not a lot of calories in a bite or two.
Today, as of noon, I've already been to the gym to do my 20 minute all body lift session. For some reason, I am not keeping records of my lifting, which will make it difficult to remember what I've done. Let's see if I can remember.
chest press=17 lb db/11 reps
shoulder lateral lift=15 lb db/9 reps
lat pull=90 lbson machine/11 reps
bicep curls=17 lb db/8 reps
tricep push=30 lb db/11 reps
quad extension=210 lbs machine/11 reps
calf raises=225 lbs machine/12 reps
lying leg curl=70 lbs machine/11 reps
I plan on doing at least 45 minutes of TK BOV4. I am finding that I have to take off at least one day a week from everything, so I try to keep it to a day that is cardio only. My muscles and bones just get too tired and sore with all the effort that it makes it difficult to get up out of bed some days. Maybe I am over training. I don't know.
